It's my half day off today and I wanted to bring the girls out to a farm. Unfortunately, most farms are pretty quiet during this period of time, with nothing much for the kids to do. So we changed plans and headed out to one of my favourite parks - Jacob Ballas.
I like it for the many playgrounds for the kids to play in, the many interesting plants for visitors to explore and the vast grounds that makes it less crowded than the botanical gardens.
We brought along the girls' bicycles. However, we discovered that bikes are not allowed in Jacob Ballas for safety reason. We detoured to Eco Garden nearby for a bike ride first before heading back to Jacob Ballas for the Tree House playground.
Despite having been there so many times, we still enjoyed ourselves tremendously.
